John Demery is the current chairman for My Brothers' Keeper as a representative of 100 Black Men of Long Beach, Inc. 

He is a retired Veteran and member of the United States Army. His 17-year stint in the military attributes to his discipline, focus, and passion for ensuring, believing, and advocating for all to have success.

He is a dad and student!  Jon is currently a student at Charles Drew University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Jon's hope is to always improve the quality of life of others and leave things better than he finds them.
