Mr. Jarred Hugle has spent decades in executive management under projects and opportunities to optimize global supply chains through strategic vision, operational excellence, and large-scale transformation.  He serves and performs as a Senior Executive in Global Supply Chain.  He is a carrier and holder of a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operation Engineering from the University of Michigan. Subsequently, he obtained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA ) in Operations Management from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, DePaul University, and also obtained his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

Jarred is a husband, man of faith, and golf player.  Jared joined 100 Black Men of Long Beach, Inc.,  because he believes deeply in the power of mentorship and accountability within his community, so he gives back, reciprocally, because he have benefited from strong role models throughout his life, and this great organization gives him a meaningful way to pay that forward— helping young Black men see what’s possible and supporting our community in a tangible and impactful way. Jarred is a man of substance, discipline, focus, and ambition.

His membership with 100 Black Men of Long Beach, Inc. has proven to be fruitful and we anticipate that with his business acumen and knowledge of product and market, our chapter is better because of it. Jarred plans to work with Membership, help build systems to further enhance members' experiences, and maintain the ever-increasing growth. On a final note, Jarred attended and trained at Second City in Chicago - yes, that Second City. This experience and undertaking of studying both comedy and comedy writing sharpened his appreciation for storytelling, listening, timing, and connection.   Next to Mrs. Diarra Booker-Hugle, his beautiful wife, who he has been married to for 23 years approaching,  Jarred loves his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

While the Hugles do not have children, they are dog parents, and currently on the hunt for a new puppy.
